Cleaning and maintaining your FASS EGR Filter

The FASS EGR Filter is designed to be a low maintenance, hassle-free product. We suggest that the filter be removed and sent to us for cleaning around 100,000 miles but this may vary due to driving/performance of the vehicle. The FASS EGR filter can be serviced by a DPF cleaning facility that uses high volume, low pressure liquid — or by a baking process.

Please note: High pressure air or water will reduce the filter’s ability to self-regenerate the way it was designed to — resulting in a voided warranty.
